The premiere of the film-performance Red [Renaissance] in London!

The Red [Renaissance] (“Ти [Романтика]”) play, which has impressed the whole of Ukraine, will soon be available in London in a movie format. On April 29, 2025, Genesis Cinema will host the premiere of Red [Renaissance]. The audience will be able to watch a filmed theatrical production of a musical specifically for the big screen, which was made in Kyiv, at the October Palace.

MYR, was founded by Oleksandr Khomenko in 2022, and also includes Viktor Tkachenko, Mykola Shmundyr, Oleksandra Zaika, Maria Oreilly and other team members. In 2024, they presented the first historical rap musical in Ukraine - “Ти [Романтика]”. This unprecedented original musical highlights the lives of writers who shaped the nation and honors their struggle against the oppressive Soviet regime.

Khvylovy, Sosyura, Ostap Vyshnia, Les Kurbas, Mykhailo Semenko, and Pavlo Tychyna - prominent artists of the Ukrainian creative elite of the early 20th century - come to life on the big screen to tell the powerful story of visionary creators who believed in the future of Ukrainian culture.
