We are KONTRAMARKA LTD, acting under the name KONTRAMARKA (known here as "we", "us", "our" "Implementer" or "KONTRAMARKA"). Our goal is your positive impressions, our value is your trust. KONTRAMARKA is a safe and convenient way to buy e-tickets for concerts, festivals, sporting events and theatre. You can find our company contact information at the bottom of this Privacy notice. More information on our website: http://mticket.uk (hereinafter referred to as the «Website»/«Site»). To achieve the specified goal, we are cooperating with the Company KONTRAMARKA OÜ, the owner of the automatic ticketing system (hereinafter referred to as the «System») and Event Organizers on the basis of separate agreements or we ourselves are the Organizer.
Company KONTRAMARKA OÜ, registration number: 14693656, postal address: Harju maakond, Tallinn, Kesklinna linnaosa, Pärnu mnt 139c, 11317 Republic of Estonia, hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), which is the owner of the System and cooperates with Ticket Implementers and Event Organizers based on separate agreements.
By default, We provide the Site as an online platform that enables third-party companies (Implementers) to post advertisements for the sale of Tickets for various events and concerts. In this case, we and the Company are not responsible for the Ticket Implementers (sellers) of Tickets but only connect them with Buyers who wish to buy Tickets.
We draw your attention to the fact that the KONTRAMARKA, in addition to providing the Site for use, can additionally act as an Implementers or Organizer and sell Tickets. In this case, We will have the same rights and obligations as provided by these Terms of Use for Implementers or Organizers.
By accessing or using our Site or Widget, the Buyer agrees to be bound by this Privacy Notice and the Terms of Use. If the Buyer does not agree to be bound by this Privacy Notice, or if at any time the Privacy Notice becomes unacceptable, please stop using the Site and our Services immediately.
By default, we place on the Website http://mticket.uk announcements regarding the sale of tickets for various events and use the Widget provided by the Company for the purpose of selling the posted tickets. Before placing an order, the Buyer is redirected from the Site http://mticket.uk to a separate content module (Widget), which is automatically determined by the System and connects the Implementer with the Buyer.

However, most of our services require the provision of personal information. When you use the Site or Widget to browse, search and/or purchase tickets, you are using a separate content module (Widget) of the Site http://mticket.uk owned by the Company and provided to us for selling the posted tickets, and you should understand that this Privacy Notice applies to you.
Certain goods or services that you may access or purchase through the services are provided by our third-party partners, and the protection of your information related to such services will be governed by the privacy policies of such third parties.
We care about your privacy. We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR; Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and other relevant legislation regarding the protection of personal data.
We may decide to change this Privacy Notice from time to time. When this happens, we will post changes to this Privacy Notice so that you know what information is collected, how it is used, and under what circumstances, if any, it is disclosed. For what purpose do we process your personal data

In order to fulfill our tax obligations, we process various (personal) data to determine where the transaction took place (and therefore VAT is payable), namely the country of residence provided by you, your IP address, the prefix of your telephone number, the code the countries of your IBAN and the country of the event.

Subject to your (optional) consent, we or the Company may send you marketing emails about tickets to your favorite events that are available on the Site. If you have purchased a ticket on this Widget, you may allow us and the Company to send you marketing emails. You can opt out of receiving these emails at any time. You can easily do this by clicking the unsubscribe button in the marketing email you receive, or by going to your account settings and turning off the email preferences switch. Please note that if you opt out of receiving marketing emails, we reserve the right to notify you about the services you use (such as support and important legal notices).
Based on your (optional) consent, we may share data with the Company, and marketplaces on whose Internet resources we post event announcements, for the purpose of sending marketing emails containing information about events, tickets, and other promotional details about our products and/or our partners' products. We may also receive data from partners who advertise their events on our Internet resources. This data will be used to send marketing emails providing information about these events, tickets, and other advertising material from our partners. Please note that some of the information we receive may be collected by third-party vendors on our behalf.
Based on your (optional) consent, we may use your personal information to show you personalized advertising. We may share this information with third-party advertising partners in order to show you such advertisements. You can object to this processing at any time by sending an email to [email protected] .

The term of storage of your personal data
Our policy is to store and process personal data which is essential to provide you with the best possible service. We do not store or process personal data that we do not use. We retain personal data for as long as we need it for the purposes set out below:
● Personal data is stored in our accounting documents for the tax authorities for at least 10 years after you have purchased tickets on the Widget;
● The personal data we process to prevent fraud (users who have committed) we keep for at least 5 years after your last log in.
We retain all other personal data used in the context of your account for 12 months after your last log in. After 12 months, we will delete your account and personal data if your account remains inactive.
Other service providers
We use the services of processors to process (personal) data. In this context, these Processors receive personal data from us, which they process on our behalf and for our purposes. We use, for example, processors to host our data, assist us with support services, provide (marketing and platform) analytics and understand and send bulk information (e.g. via mail and SMS). For example, to send emails, we use Amazon service, which is a cloud-based email service provider that can be integrated into any bulk email application.
We use other third parties, including, but not limited to, a transportation company to deliver tickets and a credit card processing company to bill for goods and services. We will provide your name, email address, billing and shipping address, and credit card information as necessary for the third party to provide this service. We also use Amazon to send emails as our cloud-based email service provider.
Processors must strictly follow our instructions for processing such personal data. Therefore, they will not use personal data for their own purposes. We will ensure that all Processors comply with the requirements of the GDPR.
Joint controllers
We act as a joint controller with other companies, including ticket providers, to provide our services. Together with the ticket providers, we define our respective responsibilities, roles and relationships by mutual agreement.
KONTRAMARKA is the first point of contact for exercising your rights as described in this Privacy Notice regarding personal data processed for KONTRAMARKA services. In appropriate cases, KONTRAMARKA (or the ticket provider) may refer you to another party if you can exercise your rights more quickly or more effectively with that other party.
External controllers
We may also share your personal data with external controllers in the following cases:
● Payments: Your payment will be processed through a third-party payment service provider. We currently use Stripe to provide this service. More information about them can be found on their website: https://stripe.com/. Any personal data you provide to that payment provider will be processed by the payment provider (as a separate controller) in accordance with its own privacy notice;
● Tax authorities: We are legally required to include (some) personal data in our financial administration, which we may have to provide to various national tax authorities. The tax authorities will process this personal data as a separate controller in accordance with their own privacy notice;
● Event Organizers: From time to time, such as when an event organizer needs to cancel or change an event, the organizer will ask us which tickets have been sold through the Company’s platform to ensure that the correct owners are informed and/or refunded. Such information may also be used by event organizers to prevent fraud. In this case, the organizer of the event acts (as a separate controller) in accordance with its own privacy notice.
In addition to the above, we may share your personal data with third parties if we are required to do so by law. KONTRAMARKA does not sell, exchange or rent personal data to third parties. We may share aggregated data with our business partners and trusted affiliates. In such cases, the data will be completely anonymous.
We may transfer personal data to parties outside the EEA if one of our processors or joint controllers is located outside the EEA. We ensure that transfers of personal data outside the EEA comply with privacy legislation (Chapter 5 GDPR), meaning that personal data will only be transferred to a company or country that provides an adequate level of protection.
We restrict access to your personal information and account information to those who need access to use it as described in this Privacy notice. Your personal information and account information will never be sold, transferred, rented or exchanged to third parties, except in the following circumstances:
● We may disclose your personal information and account information to respond to subpoenas, court orders or other legal processes as required by law, or to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims.
